The annual call for candidates for board members is now open through Dec 26. Owners wishing to be on the ballot for the 5 open board positions should submit their statement of interest to schreibermanagement@gmail.com or mailed to the business office.

Deadline to submit a statement is 5 pm on Dec 26. Ballots will be sent out in Jan and results announced at the annual meeting in Feb.
The 2026 Assessment will be $632 - $316 due Jan 1 and July 1
